The SG would meet at least once every month at the concerned BHU. It shall be convened by the MO in-charge and a different member shall be selected to preside at the meeting for every occasion PRSP staff shall facilities every SG meeting, issue notices, record proceeding, circulate minutes etc. The record shall be made in Urdu as far as possible.
